Sneak peak at a basketball facility....

I wonder how many shiny new toys the coaches will have next season. The Arena Auditorium reno is going to give the coaches some new cards to play. That thing is going to be beautiful. This year the kids will get new locker rooms, obviously this players lounge, new medical facilities, new gym lighting, a new gym sound system, and a practice court. This year the players get their goodies. Next year is more about the fan experience.

This was posted by Jeremy Shyatt on twitter...

Here's the other pic Jeremy posted concerning the AA renovations. That's Tyson Drew pointing out my seats on the floor next to Jack Nicholson. Can't wait to give Eric Curry an earful every time down court.

Cannot stress enough how important facility upgrades are. Boise State is seeing a recruiting uptick like no other non-AQ football program ever has, largely thanks to their elite football facility. This may be the staircase needed for the basketball program to take the next step. These toys are everything in college athletics.

That basketball complex is going to be one hell of a feather in the cap. They're going all out.

They're addressing almost every basketball support issue Wyoming has at once: video, audio, medical, lockers, practice floor, hall of fame, restrooms, concessions, new merchandising, seating, and revenue. Every little bit helps. When everything is new at once, including the academic facilities, it's pretty damn impressive.

Bring in some of these teams.

So are we going to designate a Wyonation board member section? - maybe we can lobby for wifi for that section.

If you want to sit next to friends that could take some careful coordination especially because you may be selecting at different times depending on your CJC points. I just hope they leave a couple of front row seats for me ... Next year will be fun to watch in a new place.

i've heard its due to the electronic map of seats, once they have that up and going it's time to pick seats

Seat selection will start on June 16th

I finally got my email with the selection website and other information

I was told that Wyoming is going to play at SMU next basketball season.

Y'all can drink BEER there!

so...if i'm not mistaken they're not doing the club level till next year right?

if so i wonder what the capacity will be this season

What I have heard is that the capacity with club level seating was to be around 12K. Even though club level won't be installed this year, I doubt they will put seats where it will be located - they would just have to tear them out next year.

but the club level will take the place of upper bowl seats and the only ones they're replacing this year are lower iirc

Here's another peak, I like this one better. Check brother Shy's post from July 15.
