names people need to watch through the next couple of weeks imo are Sean Mannion, Jameis Winston, and Bryce Petty... and of course b smith. Winston is on another planet right now, but he has some fast wideouts giving him deep tds.

however, out of all those qbs, there is only one that does more individually; that's brett. yardage, completion %, points accounted for, third down conversions.
 
is everybody still voting on the obrien thing??? man lot's of catchup, but we'll see when we beat Fresno!!! LOL
 
Mannion is the one who is on a different planet not Winston....Come on man...
Florida State has been beating up on weak ass teams. Maryland isn't weak but they aren't that good.

Mannion: 2018 yards, 21 TDs, 2 INT
Winston: 1441 yards, 17 TDs, 2 INT

Winston runs it a lot more, and Mannion only "runs" when he is sacked.
But for just beinga QB, and throwing the ball, Mannion is on an entirely different level than anyone in the country, even B-Smith.
Seriously though, Mannion averages over 400 yards PER GAME. and OVER 4 passing TDs per game.
 
Hey I had mannion first on the list of dudes too watch.

but over the last "2" games, Winston has been hot. but Jameis's time will come, he is a young redshirt freshman. and the mistakes will happen.

mannion is tearing up the backends of everybody. he's been hot all season, the reason I didn't single him out is because everybody but Helen Keller already knows what to expect from him. I wanted to single out Winston because I think people will see a drop-off from his production.

Bryce Petty is like the guy in bootcamp that nobody knows is there. Never gets yelled at, never gets smoked for screwing up, never draws too much attention too himself. and then he gets the graduate award, and people are like... "Who the hell is that dude?!!!"
 
If you want to see a great QB battle, watch the Wazzu-OS game on ESPN2 Saturday night.
Air-Raid attack from Wazzu vs. NFL style offense w/out a run game AKA....Air-Raid by default for OS.
These two QBs are 1st and 3rd in the country for passing yards.
Both teams should pick eachother apart all game.
Hope the Beavers have the ball last and get the W!
