SJSU 51 WYOMING 44

Play calling at the end of the 1st half set the tone for the 2nd half..... I can't understand why with only a 9 point lead and an explosive offense that you don't try to go 78 yards in a minute... with 2 timeouts left

I took SJSU and bet the early line at -6.5, and took the over, so financially a good day for me, but as a Wyoming fan, this was really brutal to watch. Perhaps we are seeing the end of the DC era in Laramie. It was a fun experiment, but now I believe it is time to move on.

There has been nothing "fun" about the embarrassment we've been forced to flounder in over the last 5 years

I disagree.
Watching ACS and Brett Smith for 5 seasons has been fun.
ACS stiff arming the CSU d-back was fun.
The first NM Bowl was fun.
The first 4 CSU games were fun.

But...that's about it.... :(

We really need to figure this stuff out. We played a pretty decent game. Where the hell is the defense? They wear out by the second half, and we let other teams back in the game (exception with CSU).

Tough loss. But at least it kept me in my chair down to the last 1 second on the clock.

Losing the boot, at home, by 30 trumps all of that. 100 times over

I agree it was a very good game to watch for a spectator. Wick kept us in the game with his 234 yards rushing. That kid was giving it his all on the field. Herron also came up big time and time again. Brett had a bad night ( again ) and the defense who played well in the first half, put no pressure on Fales gave up big play after big play. Disappointed in the loss and we may have lot our chance at a bowl game. All in all the talk by the D line not to give up 50 points again was just all a bunch of fluff. Our lack of depth at D line cost us the game.

Yada, yada, yada, yada...
