20,000 at halftime upon seeing we are making it a game,

I was incorrect, the 1376 that were in the parking lot, TG park, Library etal, actually came through the gate Saturday...17,213 (15837 + 1376). I think the ticket takers missed 90, or were dislexic. And the 1/2 time was probably right on as well. I can't say that 2873 were in at the final cannon...it looked more like 1000.

i was in the parking lot during the game - tons of people, don't know how many. i talked to friends who say that library, third st, lovejoys, and many other bars were packed. seams to me a lot of people came to town but few actually wanted to go to the game
