Sheep week..

Both teams with only 1 conference loss. Just need someone to upset boise now. Another good race in the west is brewing. Should be a good game. Go pokes.

My company has a box in the new sheep stadium. I am going to be an obnoxiously loud and proud Wyoming fan this week!

We need two teams to upset Boise, since they beat us. They always struggle with Air Force, so that's one potential loss... might have to cheer for the sheep to hand them another loss.

But all that is moot if we don't beat the sheep ourselves. Which we better!

Here's Boise's remaining schedule. They have three potential land mines to navigate in conference still: @ CSU, @ Fresno, and home to AFA.

AFA has their number and the other two will be difficult road trips for Boise.

what kind of crowd for next week? 27k?

I would love a 27 K crowd but being its a 5 pm kick like homecoming (and that was sub 20K) I'd say 21-22 K but I hope I'm way under!

All pokes fans at the game need to be loud and liquored up and that will help the team a lot. Get then fired up at the start. Wyoming can win this game but they are going to have to play hard and smart from the first whistle. Plus, Allen is going to have to be on his game, if that happens the Cowboys will win.

How does it work if Boise beats UW, UW beats CSU, CSU beats Boise and we all finish tied?

So basically the same scenario as last year? Lol

I'm not sure how the tie breaker works... but I think new Mexico was elimated on the first criteria and then we beat Boise head to head to send us to the championship game

Assuming Boise wins out other than CSU loss and CSU wins out after their loss to us, that would give Boise 1 conference loss and us 1 conference loss and CSU 2 conference losses, so Boise would get us on the tie breaker because they beat us.

In order for there to be a tie Boise would have to lose two more and we would have to lose another somewhere. In that scenario I have no idea

5pm kickoff, I can only see 23k at the most sorry, just going off of history by our fellow Pokes fans, no one likes later kickoffs which is too bad cuz the War is pretty at night, imo, but again I only live in Cheytown, but do remember the trips from Buffalo back in the day too

Why are night games not preferred in Laramie? Is it because of the cold weather? In the South it's just the opposite we love night games because for the most part the temperatures are so much nicer.

The pokes are going to need one break Saturday and they win the game. And it will be a break they can create themselves hopefully, e.g. turnover.

night games kill attendance :(

No doubt. Just kills it. Especially at Wyoming (TV, Weather, & Travel Distance).
