Assuming our University wanted to pursue it (which I know they wouldn't), but how hard would it be to set up our own Roku channel? We could stream athletic events, campus events, graduation, student whatever. Some could be on demand and some could be live.
Obviously we would need to really increase our live stream capacity, but, other than that, would it be essentially impossible?
