Svoboda is blind and dumb. He can’t see coverages and throws to the wrong place, under throws or overthrows every damned time. He is terrible. Terrible.

I thought the same thing. The receiver was assaulted. There were a lot of bad calls. That was not a bad call. Maybe he wasn't watching. He might have been busy figuring out how to limit Scott in the second half.
