I think it's a good move for Vandiver. He never was a good fit with Heath and it's easier to make a move when you want to rather the next year when he'll have to after Heath gets gassed.

I agree CowboyCO. This isnt a step up for Sean as far as I can tell. So the only thing I can figure is that he thought it was a more secure job. And he is probably right. And thats not meant as a swipe at Schroyer, but just reflects the situation.
