If Heath has proven anything in the last ten years it's this: the guy can recruit to a level the school isn't accustomed too. In addition, those high level recruits will have less success then the less talented recruits from the previous staff.

Two winning seasons in 7 years....but everybody says, "Man, can he recruit!" I give Tennessee Martin 3 years and they kick the used car salesman to the curb.

But he will leave them with great recruits.
