Schedule change?

Michigan State @ Oregon is listed on September 6th now.....Wyoming was slated for that game. Wyoming will not play @Oregon September 13th, and will play @MSU the following week. Most brutal two-week stretch I can ever remember for Wyoming.

I imagine Week 2 is now a bye week.

Edit: I was wrong....MSU and FAU got flipped.....musical chairs with the 3 FBS OOC games.

My guess week two will either be a week off or a MWC game.

Good point - I wonder if things are shuffled so we get the Griz on Saturday 8/30 (Labor Day Weekend) or Saturday 9/06. I am hoping for 9/06.

Further, if we have the Griz on 8/30 - I will have 4 primo seats available if anyone wants them. Sucks having home games on one of the best vacation weekends of the year. If they schedule away - it makes the vacation time work.

Even bringing in a team like Akron or someone. We don't need a Kansas or CU type of team, but some low level FBS team.
That will present the challenge Montana will, and it will be counted towards our bowl eligibility.

With this schedule, a willing FCS school would be appropriate to add.

Agreed. I think another FCS opponent would help with building confidence. Hate to be cynical, but I doubt a bye week will make much of a difference against Oregon. Rather beat up on some weak FCS school. Montana is a good FCS program so....hell, add a MVC team Bohl is familiar with.

South Dakota? They'd probably love a shot at Wyoming. Be good to play a border state. Not sure if they'd be available, just throwing it out there.

Plus, Joe Glenn would be back at War Memorial... He knows how to lose here!

Just looked at them.....highly doubt the MWC sets up Boise for 3 consecutive road games. AFA more likely.
