Saturday Lines: We are -28 vs. Gardner webb

My off shore book has Wyo. as a 28 1/2 pt favorite.

Boise state getting 10 1/2 at Washington state

Oklahoma getting 7 1/2 at Ohio state

Nebraska getting 14 at Oregon

Hawaii getting 23 at UCLA

San Diego St getting 3 1/2 at Arizona state

I had an awesome week last week until Texas A & M blew a 34 pt lead to UCLA and I lost my moneyline bet. Never count it until the final gun, I guess.

My initial thoughts: Oklahoma might be worth a shot. I like their QB. Boise state ditto.
I'm guessing Oregon must be much improved because they were a train wreck last year. I know very little about their new coach. I can't imagine Hawaii covering against a UCLA team with a future NFL qb.

Fellow posters saved me dough last week by getting me off Florida. Any thoughts on this week?

Wouldn't touch this game even with the relatively low 28.5 point line. I would hope that if the Pokes get a comfortable lead that Allen is out of the game.

Wow... I'd be extremely surprised if we beat them by 30+. The way we chew up clock when we click, there wouldn't be THAT many chances to score, after all.
