No doubt. They just look like complete fools though. Just jump to a hasty snap decision and then realize what they did and now its time to back peddle.... Its crazy...
 
The federal government was about to get involved so I doubt they wanted that. I think that is the reason for over turning it more than anything else. They probably just said screw it , it isn't that big of a deal that we need to deal with the feds.

They're too busy punishing states that are not LGBT friendly. First it was American Indians, now gays, etc. What will their next social issue be? At least they waited until after the Final Four or Houston would have lost that!
 
lol. Translation to all of this? Random AD/president from almost any university:

"Hmmm. Next item to vote for: banning satellite camps. Satellite camps? How effective can it be to host camps where participants watch a coach on TV. We definitely need to stop this. We are taking people's money and not giving them something in return. The coaches should just sell videos rather than broadcast via satellite."

or

"Hmmm. Next item for vote: banning satellite camps. WTH is a satellite camp? Well, if people want to ban them, WTH do I care? I don't even know what a satellite camp is."
