I mean, that's just what we care about... but DeBoer poached two or three other HCs (South Alabama, Buffalo and ...?) so there's a ton more dominoes falling in other places too.
 
Board logic dictates that sjsu's position in conference won't change because external factors drive success more than ad or coaches.

Yes, I agree that SJSU will not be winning a conference championship regardless of hire. But they did get lucky to be located near Brock Purdy.
