Sam Arwabi Defensive end quits team too.

Wouldn't be surprised if (god knows why) Tormey gettibg the can sent them packing. That'd be my guess

Still gotta think if we lost 2 the week hes fired, that's why. Most players might not like him but there's always a few

Hopefully thats all the players that were loyal to Tormey. We cant afford to lose D line depth. Although both of these players never saw the field. Arwabi was a 3 star recruit, but then again so was Trent Sewell.
 
That is too bad. I'm guessing it has more to do with nagging injuries than anything else. The guy hasn't been 100% since he arrived on campus.

Anaya was from Casper, solid LB but not D1 level...yet anyways. Awrabi was supposed to be a solid contributor on the line if I'm not mistaken but hasn't been healthy since he showed up

Remember...the kid got sick and lost a bunch of weight and shouldn't be ready to go until next season.

Haha all the hate at Pittser was ridiculous. Like...would you really want to stay? Red-shirt your first year, never play until your RS-senior year?
Everyone including himself knew he wasn't going to play with Brett Smith here.

I am confused. I didn't see a "shot" at Sewell. And he is still a Cowboy, no?

I have mixed feelings on quitters. Some instances I get it - others not so much.

Implying he hasn't done shit. And he hasn't. But not because he isn't good, but because he has been sick and not ready to go.
 
Word is Arawabi was a cancer. He continuously skipped lifting sessions, never went to class and even missed scheduled practices and then would cop an attitude when he was called on it. He missed morning workouts on Monday and DC let him go. He said enough is enough! Sewell on the other hand has just not panned out. He is not as good as many suspected when he was recruited. Hi ssickness may have contributed to that. Funny thing is he told everyone that he was offered by UCLA...hmmm wouldn't you think if you had a choice between the Bruins or freezing your ass off in Laramie you would go to S Cal? I just don' t get that one????
 
Yeah I took the Sewell thing as that he is waste of space, too.

Kid has 3 years left. Out of 4. Haha, too soon for that kind of talk.
 
Here's what I know about Sewell. He has talent but doesnt really give a shit about getting on the field to contribute.There are guys like Mulhardt, Gentry and the walk on Wyoming kid who plays receiver who are busting their ass to get on the field. Thats what I want to see. Not excuses about an undisclosed illness that happened in the Spring. We need players that want to play now! Otherwise they're just taking up a spot that could be used to get a defensive back or a linebacker dont mean to be harsh but im tired of losing. We need kids that want to make a difference.
