Want to see what Desmar and some of the other freshman can do. The more time they get this year the better. Develop some leadership on the squad next year.

I actually am a believer u should only have a 8 man rotation unless its a blow out or there really isn't a drop off in talent. Play your best five for 30 to 35 minutes and you'll be better off. When your subbing players every chance it makes it impossible for the players to get into any flow of the game.

Danmully,

I agree that 8 man rotations are the way to go - especially if if you're playing in a tournament or a big game. Schroyer has pretty much gone with a 10-11 man rotation the entire season so unfortunately 8 just isn't going to happen. So I went with the players that have gotten PT consistently this season.

I've been in sim basketball leagues and my teams have always done best when using a 7-8 man rotation.

Schroyer needs to do a better job with his subs - don't put a player in for two minutes and sit him on the bench for 20. If you're going to put someone in the game - keep them in so they can develop a rhythm and feel for the game.

I agree gopokes. Thiam has to step up as a scorer now. He has shown a nice mid range jumper. Its his moment to shine now.
