ROOT Rocky Mountain blacks out Wyoming game again!

Y'all need to quit submitting tickets to unaccountable techies and low-level commercial bureaucrats and pick up a phone. Nothing works faster than letting an executive know what's happening (I guarantee they don't know)...

Hey, I agree but the number of on-file tickets they accumulate on specific issues matters. My phone call may yield an unsatisfactory answer, but my ticket adds up in their "customers bitching pile, that I know for sure. Doing both is the way to go.
 
I've been told that the black outs are related to the tier 3 rights. Basically, ROOT can only broadcast to it's geographical footprint as I understand it now. Question is, why don't they say that? It's obvious that their people are just as clueless as to what that means.

It means nothing if it's a file no one looks at. "Customer service" departments are meant to mitigate dissatisfaction dollar yield, not resolve ongoing issues. Most people below the executive level use such departments to cover their asses and keep the top tier in the dark. It's the rare VP that actually looks at customer complaints without being prodded.
