Anyone have any stats or thoughts on how well (or bad) we performed when we returned kickoffs that went into the end zone verses downing them?
I cannot recall a single time that we ran one out and bettered the 25 yard line. Maybe my memory is cloudy?!
On a few occasions I even thought that we should implement a team policy that if the kickoff penetrates the goal line that it should stay there!
Am I off base here? Anyone have thoughts on that subject?
