Recipe for Failure

Just saw this quote from Urban Meyer in an article on ESPN related to Michigan's loss (yep, it was and is a loss in my book): "You want a recipe for failure? Have a bad offensive line,” Meyer said.

Sure hit home with me.

Why Tripodi is still on this staff considering the craptastic lines he has rolled out during his tenure is beyond me. Jay Johnson sucked donkey scrote, but Tripodi was and remains a huge, unaddressed impediment to our success. Having a receiver that could run a route and get separation would be nice too, but this post is not about that gaping, festering flesh wound that has burdened us for almost a decade...no, this post is about the other gaping, festering flesh wound that is our OL.

Good post, and spot on - games are won & lost on the lines, very rarely can you have success without those two being solid. The best QB in the world wouldn't be worth a shit if his Oline wasn't at least serviceable.
