I was going to post this in another thread but decided against it.
I attended the Boise State game. We had snow several days before hand. The price of my ticket was $40. It wasn't the warmest game I've attended by far, and it certainly wasn't the coldest.
$40 dollars, cold game, and UW couldn't bother to remove the snow from the stadium seating? I still haven't gotten over the chill from being soaking wet from the snow melting either on my shoes or on my pants.
Seriously - what kind of game day experience is that? They could have easily put out some notices that the first 300 people to show up on Friday day or Saturday morning to clean all the snow out of the stadium get a free ticket or something.
The ramps were slick as hell too - I came close to slipping a few times from the ice that had started to accumulate in the cold areas.
Why would anyone want to attend the game to freeze, slip and fall, and sit in a nice pile of snow?
