Gotta be honest, Im a football guy. I havent followed Pokes BBall this close since I was in Laramie, but I could afford the All-Access this season so I bought it. What is going on with the basketball team? I heard/read so many threads on several different forums about how athletic this team is. Why are we not winning? I understand DU has amazing shooters. I know SDSU is dangerous. But Monmouth and Hampton? At home? Is this just a young team? Or Schroyer? Pardon my BBall ignorance, just a question from a guy who was in Laramie for Uche, Davis, Bailey, etc.

Pretty simple. We can't shoot the rock. All teams have to do is zone us to stop our dribble penetration and force outside shots and we're unable to hit them. The blueprint is out on how to beat the Cowboys. If every team from here on out doesn't run a zone against us, I would be absolutely shocked. What worries me is that shooting really isn't something that can be taught/coached and it isn't something that generally improves as the season goes on.

So basically we are right back to where we were with McClain... pass the ball around the perimeter and take a shot as the clock expires?
