ACS was not looking down field for any open receiver. Granted he didn't have much time to throw, but still when you are only averaging 4.9 yds per catch. That is pathetic.
Also Alexander is not a good running back! He's fast when he breaks one, but...Last night 1 run 72 yds and a TD, the rest of the game, 16 runs 20 yds. It doesn't help when it is 3rd and goal from the 5 yd line and your RB just follows his blockers out of bounds for no gain. And RB should notice that when he is out of field, regardless of how many defenders, you cut up the field and get what you can. But he'll non nonchalantly run out of bounds. Or He will follow his blockers and run out of field only to try and reverse field and not be fast enough to get away, result: loss of 12 on the play. We need a back who won't run east/west and run north/ south. We also need one who's not afraid of getting hit.
Defense gave up completely. No pressure at all on the QB, and the DB's and S's were out of position all night. Everyone played with no heart and complete lack of effort.
