Well, I know very little about Northeastern, but thats not going to keep me from shooting my mouth off. I'll say Pokes win by 12. Pokes just need to keep this game moving up and down the court.

Northeastern appears to be a defensive, slow it up team.

This game is going to be really close. Northeastern definitely likes to slow it down and run a methodical half court offense. I'd give us a slight advantage only because it is in Laramie. That said, Northeastern is 10-6 this year on the road so they know how to win on the road. Their best player is Matt Janning. He doesn't do anything great, but does a lot of things well. The Pokes will have to be on top of their game or the season will officially be over after this one.

I am predicting a win....because of course I am a Pokes fan! But, no doubt does Northeastern have much more impressive road wins than us.

If the team really "wants" to play, and win, they will do so by double digits. If not, who knows...toss it up.

My best guess is that, unless the Pokes are playing very tight, in-your-face defense all 40 minutes, that Northeastern, because of their deliberate style, will prevail. My observation is that you have to frustrate a team like this from setting up, and make them force shots because the time-clock is running down.
