I want to believe that the best thing that happened for wyomings chance at a Bowl game out west was all of the 5 win teams in the west going down. Colorado, USC, Arizona, and Kansas State. Just seems like Wyoming would get overlooked against any of these schools but that hopefully a bowl game in the west will look favorably at Wyoming compared to an "equal" resume from the east

Agree. No way we beat out Colorado or USC for a bowl game, but for an at-large for a West or Midwest bowl I like our chances over a team like Wake Forest or Purdue

I guess I'll be the wet blanket on the bowl watch. I don't see any point in going to some minor bowl game in a 3/4 empty stadium. Our future star QB won't be playing anyway. The payout for these little bowls is so poor that the school probably loses money on the deal. It's a long a season and the players don't need more practice. That's what spring ball is for.
