Bohl turned a decent NDSU team into THE FCS powerhouse, but has yet to HC in the FBS.
Tedford took an otherwise limping Cal program and now owns the record for career wins there, but had a slide during his last couple of years. But is a proven winner at the FBS level.
Bohl has actually beaten FBS programs a few years running along with crushing everything in FCS. Tedford, while not a Saban or Meyer, he has proven he can win.
I think both would be good hires, given that they can get quality coordinators.
