+1 to this concept.

To the link posted, :thumbdown: . Don't like the shoulder yolke color on the uniforms. Looks ugly and detracts from the overall uniform. I think it takes attention away from the helmet and the pants.

Ok so this is my idea of the Steamboat logo jerseys. Think of the logo on the front but more in the style of Air Force's current nike jerseys. Air Force has the colored sleeves. So in this case it would be gold. But I like the pants idea from WyoPokes2 but with only one stripe of brown and due away with the white. And I would have had this as an alternate home jersey. Oh and solid gold numbers as well. (Click on the image for full size quality)

Not sure but I think this is an illegal uni. I believe you have to have the number represented on both sides of the jersey. Also I think there is restrictions on the size of the logo........

Nebraska has a big N on their alternates and I guess the front smaller numbers can be above the Nike swoosh or MW patch

No you have to have a winning tradition period.

I agree about winning & tradition. I also believe tradition has to come from the attitude of the program. If the program does not want to change its look it won't. That also goes back to your point about winning. The most successful programs in the game's history have never radically altered their uniforms, logos or designs.

That was also their standard uni that they've worn all year. They have black orange and white but its the same design.

I have no clue why recruits are getting upset by Arizona state changing from Nike to Addidas? Addidas makes the best jersey on the market with their "Tech-Fit" Uniforms. I heard Bohl was looking at changing from Nike to Addidas mostly because of the footwear issue with Nike.

I'm liking this Brown helmet thing, on occassion, but I agree in 96, those helmets were the bomb...but we should never wear all white, makes us look like pansies. vary it up but don't go to extremes

ASU is killing it in the recruiting world probably their best class ever.
