It looks like the Cowboys will be on ESPN Gameplan this weekend at Bowling Green. Directv released the Gameplan lineup last night and it shows the Wyoming game as being on Channel 790. I think you can buy a daily subscription to Gameplan for about $25...it's steep but it's an option.
The game also appears to be on ESPN 3 (to watch online), which should be free if you have your TV or internet service through the right company. There may be other ways to watch for free via streaming online that I'm not aware of, but it looks like I'll be buying Gameplan for the day up here in Alaska (it's an 8:00 am kickoff in Alaska...I might need to wait until half time before cracking a beer!)
