From UW Press Release:
A pair of former University of Wyoming student-athletes advanced to the NFL playoffs. However, only one was available in the Wild Card Round, and he didn’t just survive but he thrived and advanced.
Josh Allen and Buffalo downed Frank Crum and Denver, 31-7, on Sunday. Allen was his normal stout self while Crum was injured and didn’t suit up for the second week in a row.
Allen was 20-for-26 for 272 yards and two touchdowns. He added 46 yards on eight carries.
The Bills advance to take on Baltimore in the Divisional Round. That game is slated for Sunday at 4:30 p.m. in Buffalo.
