Richard Winston, a DE from Chandler, AZ. Ian posted that on Twitter a few mins ago. I'll try to grab some info later on today, if you guys don't beat me to the punch.

Looks like a fairly light-weight guy with a good frame. Two stars for now, but had offers from quite a few schools including Az State :)

Small size right now, but at 6'4, he has plenty of room to grow. May see time at LB until he puts on some more weight.

Scouting Report
"Winston is a bit of an outside linebacker / defensive end 'tweener at this stage in both size and skill set. He looks to have experience in both roles and the type of scheme he lands in, further physical development, as well as team need will likely dictate which spot he lands at. Outside linebacker is a possibility, but we feel if he can fill out his frame in the long run end may be the better fit for him. He needs to add bulk regardless of where he plays, but does look to carry a little more size than what he is listed at. When playing with his hand down he shows flashes of a good burst off the ball, but needs to crowd the ball better and be more consistent in his get-off. He displays the ability to come out of his stance and maintain solid pad level and generate some power from his lower body. He is a bit light for an end, but can be tougher at the point of attack than you might expect. He brings his hands, but needs to improve upper body strength and do a better job of pressing blockers off of him and creating separation. He displays solid range and ability to close for an end, but will need to at least maintain the speed he possesses as he gets bigger. He is a wrap-up tackler. As a pass rusher he needs to improve. He will attack up-field, but displays little in the way of a plan and needs to be more active with his hands. He flashes the ability to attack the outside shoulder and will try and sink in a rip, but needs to work on counters and develop a pass rush arsenal. Winston is a bit of a 'tweener and needs to develop aspects of his game regardless of how he is used, but he does show some flashes and while we feel he needs a red-shirt in some time he could develop into a tough and productive college defender."
