Not a lot of people have the willingness or drive to go through what Max Copeland did. He changed his entire body type and went through hell... takes a special person to do that. Unfortunately, Max is the exception and not the rule

Another reason to see that you do not go by numbers when recruiting. Just like the vast majority of college football, HS rarely ever uses TEs . You have to generally find a lineman with soft hands or a wr who will bulk up.

Just thought, and still think, he's not the best player available and we have other positions of need at this point. Nothing personal against the kid, hope he turns into a contributor.
