Last night I met the Ambassador to the R.O.C. from Belize (one of 20 + small countries that still have official relations with the R.O.C.) in a local bar / restaurant joint. He was wearing a ring on his right hand and I asked if I could have a colser look. Apon seeing it I was absolutly floored. It was a class ring ...from the University of Wyoming's graduation class of 1989. We had gone to school together!
