It all seems needlessly complicated. Wouldn't a good coach make a more simple and efficient playbook? Seems like we have about 7 plays. Blow my mind how it can be so complicated. If a player can't pick it up in one year maybe it's a crappy system :twocents:

I'm assuming they think they should have players 4 or 5 years. When they can make this thing click - it will work quite well. Unfortunately, its been hit and miss on the clicking side of things. But it does seem like they should at least cut it in half until we can reload vs rebuild.

At least its not like, down, set, hut, look at the sidelines and go after eternity, lets see power smash mouth football. Christensen's system coulda worked better if we used 7220 to our advantage more, but i dont miss that style much

After 1 week of prep, opossing defenses seem to have a pretty good grasp of our offense. Not sure how complex it really is.

HB dive right, HB dive left, pass for 3 yards, punt.
Repeat....

Vigen's "secret" to success. That guy is about as fucking vanilla as Cockhill.

And Cockhill was Glenn's Achilles heel!!!!!!!

You are wrong! There are 8 plays. It's not the players who have with problems with a many-play system. It is Vigen - more that 8 is too confusing to him.

Weren't a lot of NDSU fans thrilled when Vigen left with Bohl? That alone shoulda told us "Oh, shit!!!! We're in trouble" IMO.
