Safe bet they taste like chicken. I had gator at a restaurant in Houston in the early 90s and that tasted like chicken.

Figures. :roll: Not crazy for French cuisine. Rather have Italian or Mexican....or of course, American. All beef...cow or bison.

There are parts of French cuisine I enjoy - especially the cheeses: Brie, Camembert, etc.

But yeah, I'd also rather go Italian or Mexican when it comes to food.
