Great interview. I know that TB is very conscience to say the right thing but I like what he states about the financial state of things. It's good to know that in these difficult times, when most programs are bleeding, Wyo is in good shape. It would be even nicer if the state could mandate X dollars to the athletic department as well in times when they are running a 1.2 billion dollar surplus.

I think this would be a perfect time to have another matching dollar donation program. (ie, if the someone donates $25K or more, the state matches it up to a certain total) I think last time, it was $10M.
