Because usually people use the "deep in thought" emoji" when it puzzles them. I definitely inferred that Stewart was casting doubt on the report that he was planning to announce his commitment at the end of the week.

Actually Parker never said Nebraska was his top choice he said of all of the places he has been Nebraska had the top facilities.

247 sports is saying Parker's chances of committing to Ole Miss are 100% as well. So I guess we will see.
