UNR has a really good rush offense, but not one team they have faced so far has had a winning record. So, no, they should not be a top 25 team. That said, the o-line for us has GOT to improve, drastically, if we want this to be a shootout. And the defense will need to play gap control, much like they did with Cal Poly (minus the 2 massive runs they got on us) and will have to with Air Force, because they run a lot of the read option. So, maybe a 3-4 or 3-3-5 defense to support the defensive ends? Otherwise, we wil struggle quite a bit.
