If the Ewes want to build an on-campus stadium it's alright by me. It doesn't matter if we beat them in Hughes or the new place, just as long as we beat them.

We also shouldn't take any crap off of them once they do build a new stadium, (if the greenies don't kill it). Assuming they do get this new sheep pen built, we'll soon hear from them how much superior their new digs are versus the War. Balderdash I say. No matter what they come up with, I'll always be partial to the War. Duh, I'm a Pokes fan, I know. But we have no reason to hang our heads about our stadium. We've put extensive improvements in and it's just right, as far as I'm concerned.

I don't care how nice the new sheep pen will be. It's still a sheep pen.

Sure would be one expensive sheep pen.

If you look at the photo renderings, it appears there's even an opening in the endzone so the sheep can be herded in.

Forget the old and the new stadium. Sounds as if CSU should get rid of football, ban students and build an electrified fence around the campus.

Obviously it would be bad for us if CSU were to drop football. Best case scenario is that CSU continues to be our whipping boy, they do not get a new stadium, and their fans continue to not care.

Lots of discussion in the comments....seems like they're trying to put this thing on the fast track and get it done. Many are opposed to this though....would be great for CSU, but I'm not sure they get it done. But I'm far from an expert on Colorado politics.
