Well according to the search committee timeline:

The are supposed to announce a new President no later than February 27th. If they are sticking to this, we should hear something tomorrow or Wednesday.

google each candidate and you can find some of their presentations on youtube. IMO, they don't impress me as dynamic leaders. May be it is my personal bias...

When the search committee was getting input from the staff I did tell them what I wanted in a President. One with a vision for athletics was important to me. That I also want a President who can be pro-active in our conference and TV negotiations.

IMO, if you don't hear from the board, they must be waiting for Kim Wilcox

Kim Wilcox, still waiting for interview in March for the Wisconsin job

If Wilcox declines, my guess will be Baker..

Both of them are finalists for last year's openings. IMO, I hate to pick someone that was passed over by other universities.

As long as the "academic" community doesn't pressure the weak titted BOR and Governor to put "thier guy" in the mix, we will be fine. That was a debacle of epic proportions.
