OT: NBA Finals

Great series on our hands! The Warriors just ran them into the dirt last night and looked like the team that I've seen all year. This is a tough series for me because I really like both of these teams. I've always like Lebron way more then MJ. He just seems like a nicer guy then that psycho Jordan to me and him going back to Cleveland was pretty awesome. What he's doing right now is pretty incredible, I mean that Cavs team was a dumpster fire last year now they're 2 games away from a championship without the other 2 "star" players.

The game last night was how I thought this series would look in the first place. Everyone around here was calling for the dubs to win in 6 and we kinda figured Lebron was gonna steal at least 2 games on his own. Looking like that's how it'll shake out. Warriors really brought the intensity last night which I LOVED!!! Champions always have that edge and this team should be too deep for the depleted Cavs. I'm really happy to see these organizations battling like this, I wish the NBA was more like the NFL with new teams really competing for the title every year instead of just the same 4 teams or so like it usually is. Now will they stop showing San Francisco on tv instead of Oakland? The warriors true home.

It's been a surprisingly entertaining series. While I think the Warriors will take care of business from this point forward, I have a lot of respect for Cleveland. Outside of one player, who just happens to be the best player on the planet, there is no reason that this roster should even be competitive but they have made it a series. Mozgov and Thompson have been fantastic for the Cavs, but the overall contrast in depth and talent is like nothing I have ever seen this far into the playoffs.

I would just like to see a couple more close games. I am not ready to be totally without basketball for a few months.

Going to my friends bar to watch the game here in SF tonight. Warriors need to close this series out. Hopefully there won't be too much rioting here or in Oakland. I always hate how ape it gets when this shit goes down in cities. Its kinda of fun for awhile until you realize that its just a bunch of dipshit men out in the streets creating total anarchy with herd mentality. I never like it when you get a bunch of dudes together to ape out wasted.....unless of course its mildly controlled in the AA!

Warriors should have this. Cavs are looking grinded down and outgunned. Never easy to put a team out on their court though so one more battle no doubt. Steph Curry is amazing, Klay Thompson has been solid throughout, Iggy really helped to swing the tide, and I really like Draymond Green's fire. The Warriors are a fun team to watch and different from a lot of previous champions in their style. Kind of a complex team that does untraditional things that sometimes drive ya crazy but most the time thrill.

Need the Cavs to take the game tonight and have a game 7 can't fathom the thought of no sports to watch for 3 months :(

I take it you don't much care for baseball? Ahahaha can't blame you there. How should we feel about sports were you can be a total fat ass? I've been sort of forced into the baseball mixer living in the bay area, but before I moved here I didn't give a shit. It's barely a team sport imo. I'm a bball and soccer guy. I like motion in the ocean baby! Football just doesn't work for me. Too slow, the culture and the violence of it are also too much. I do think they are probably the world's best athletes. Hockey actually might be the perfect mix of it all but I never follow it.

I'd say enjoy the summer man!

The best athletes play in the NBA! Bball is the sport that best tests the overall athlete. Explosive speed, endurance, jumping, coordination are all needed.

I can't stand baseball. Boring sport to watch on T.V.

Here's what I would do to improve baseball....
1. Allow teams to trade draft picks.
2. Require teams to have cheerleaders
3. Start up a salary cap of no more $100 million total.
4. Reduce the amount of regular season games down to an even 100

BTW, I really hate soccer!!!!! Hate 1-0 scores.

Baseball needs a cap bad, as it is you can just buy championships it's pretty stupid. But all in all the sport is just boring. It's like watching Nascar 500 lap race waiting for an accident that never happens.

Excellent analogy. I rather watch bowling than watch a baseball game.

Cavs with way too many turnovers tonight, pretty much no way to win with more turnovers than fieldgoals.

This game is as good as done, Cavs can't hit anything but fg`s and warriors are draining 3`s all over the place.

Well I'll be damned....for a second straight year, a franchise that built its team via the draft wins it all.
