They really do belong in the Big Sky. The Kibbie Dome is a joke of an FBS stadium. It will work fine in FCS.

Over the Christmas break, my brother in law and I played a few days worth of traditional annual NCAA Football on Xbox. Even when using teams like Oregon and Alabama, we would always play in the Kibbie Dome

Eh.. that's pretty subject to debate. The domes in Flag and Pokey suck BALLS. I dunno if I can get on board w/ UNDs.. considering it has a hotel attached to it.

They fit in the Big Sky. Never at any moment resembled an FBS program.

I hope they don't get big-headed...the Big Sky is a tough conference to navigate through. There will be no gangbusters success right off the bat.

Terrible news for Idaho fans. I live in North Idaho, believe that the MW should expand by many teams, and even I don't believe they are a fit for the MW so it makes sense that they can't find a spot. Hope the sun belt brings them back. The whole thing for a while has been they believe they need to be in the same conference or atleast the same division level as Boise state.

This really is the issue^^^^...it's the elephant in the room they don't want to admit. Boise State-Idaho isn't competitive on the field, but off the field it is as nasty as any other rivalry. Majority of this is just wanting to be able say they're still FBS. If BSU weren't around, common sense would have never allowed the Vandals in FBS ball to begin with.

Well, if the P5 conferences get what they want (and they usually do), a good 65-70 FBS schools will be forced into what would be the new second division.

And I see a handful of current P5 schools like Iowa State moving down as well.
