There is no doubt we need more depth that is capable of stepping into a game and contributing in a quality way. Probably 75% of all the teams could say the same thing. There were a combination of several things that affected our performance in the last game such as being a little flat after the game with Illinois State, final semester exams, just being a little tired, and having one of our starters on the bench nursing an injury. Building that depth on this team may take a little time because a large number of them are true Freshmen. We are in year two of Coach Shyatt's new staff. I like what I am seeing and the future looks very promising, but let's not get too impatient.

I wouldn't blame Coach Shyatt whatever outcome he makes.

He is committed to his team.

Redshirting freshman players isn't a good idea.

I am just saying the article is reference to my opinion.
