Just found this on Trib:

Glad to hear he's working hard to become a contributor. I liked what I saw from him when they showed a couple of Snow College games on TV last year, and it sounds like he could be a difference maker big time!

Also, had anybody heard this about Schober before?
"The first-year player from Germany is currently listed on the roster as a freshman, but he has two years of eligibility."

I saw on the Rivals.com message board that he only had two years of eligibility. That disappoints me. I thought we had this monster for four years! That's the only place I have heard of it and I haven't heard it from the Wyoming athletics department.

On a different note, from the tweets, looks like a few guys got a few bumps and bruises. Kongo had to walk off a leg injury. Hopefully he didn't reaggrevate his Spring injury. They also said a walk-on WR had to be helped off with a leg injury. Hopefully not Aiken or Herron. They said Herron was working with the PR team. That sounds great.

It's the first I've heard of it as well. From what I've heard, it does sound accurate though. Apparently, the NCAA has a rule that states that any ameatur football played over the age of 21 counts as a year of eligibilty that is lost. Thus, since Schober played 2 seasons of ameatur football in Germany after turning 21, he lost 2 years of eligibilty. It is a little disappointing, but I'm glad we got him for two years at least.

Both Herron and Aiken are switching back with the one's and two's per gags... both looking pretty good. Hopefully, both of them continue to improve during camp and provide the offense with two more weapons this year.
