OFFICIAL WYONATION 2012 TAILGATE

Looks like we're going to have a pretty solid group there. When it gets a little closer to the Border War we'll start figuring out what everyone would like to do to make this awesome!
 
Alright guys, we're a little over a week out from the tailgate, so we should probably start putting this thing together.

Location will be in the Summit View lot directly across from the Indoor Practice Facility.

We'll have name tags there to write our message board handles and names on so we can figure out who we're talking to.

I've got beer pong and ladder golf to keep us entertained, but if anyone has any other ideas for games feel free to bring them.

What do we want to do for food? I was thinking pot luck. I can bring a grill to cook up whatever we decide to get. I'll also grab a couple of craft beer 6 packs, but that isn't going to be nearly enough for all of us.

Chime in with ideas and what you'll be contributing so we don't double up on too many things :thumb:
 
I'm gonna bring some beer down (our fancy Montana brews) for sure.. what do we want to try to grill? What time do you setup tailgating?

Burgers and brats is the standard fare, but I'm open to suggestions. I'll be set up and ready to go at 8:00 AM (the earliest allowed).
 
I like the general idea of a pot luck style for the food.

I always enjoy Brats - I can bring a few packs and some buns, etc. I'll try to come around 8 am, and bring my folding table. If we need a second grill I can wrangle mine into the back of my truck.

Ooooooo, we should find some lamb to grill up! I may have to do some looking...
 
Alright.. so where we at on this? What time is the tailgate starting? Game's at 2:30. What is left to bring as far as food? Still have a bucket full of people going to be attending?
 
depending on how many people come we'll probably want some side dishes, and maybe more main dishes. I bought 4 packs of brats (6 to a pack) and some buns to go with it. We may also need paper plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
 
i still hope to make it

the fuel pump in my explorer finally took a shit while i was up hunting in meeteetse so that may factor into my ability to make the trip
 
I'm still planning on being there. We will not get there until about 11 am though. We'll bring a couple dozen deviled eggs, a large bag of potato chips, & about a dozen paper plates. No alky for me - too much meds & they don't mix. See ya at the Border War.
 
I'm pushing start time back to 9:00 ('cause I'm lazy and don't want to get up so early). I'm going to bring some lamb to grill up, as well as about a dozen brats and buns and a bunch of paper plates. I'll grab a few six packs of microbrews, too.
