Turns out HCDC is on the rules committee that implemented the change this year. No wonder it got passed, we can't kick off for shit!

As much as I don't like it. This new rule change actually helps us. I can't imagine kicking off from anywhere closer than 30. Heck I could easily get touchbacks like I did in high school.
