Offensive Coaches Conversation

I was at lunch today and a couple of offensive coaches were sitting near me. I overheard some of there conversation, and they didn't seem very pleased with some of the offensive players, they said something to effect of " ...did you see so and so, the ball hit him right in the hands and he still didn't catch it...". They both seemed to be a little frustrated and pissed off. Apparently the fans aren't the only ones who don't have a whole lot of confidence in our receivers catching abilities.

That is kind of sad. They should realize they need to keep issues within their organization, within their own FOUR WALLS!

...or they can find a way to correct the problem or atleast try to by working together talking to each other about building a plan.

My guess is that each position coach works within their own group, and doesn't try to give too much advise outside of it. These were two coaches complaining about play under another position coach that wasn't present.

Ahhhh...makes sense (more) now.

Mutiny on the ship?

Or just over analysis on our part? Everyone complains about their life, work, school, etc. Especially when things aren't going well. It was a private conversation, so my guess is they were just venting. If the Pokes go take care of business tomorrow it should be a non-issue either way by about 5pm tomorrow evening!

GO POKES!!!

I didn't want to insinuate that there is chaos within the program, I just it seems like the coaches are getting frustrated and possibly feeling the heat of having your job rely on the performance of 18-22 year old kids.
