Nice win Pokes... but...

Is there a team in the nation that comes out flatter in the first few minutes of the seconds half.

Glad to see Dermody not look totally lost out there. We need our lone senior to step up.

Also, if I am 1-18 from three point land, I am not sure I would continue to hoist them up there. I like AJ, but quit shooting threes...

At least Dermody hit a few three's for us tonight. AJ was 1 for 11 from the field.

When our shooters are having bad nights they just keep chucking the ball up.

Makes sense if your name is Ray Allen. Not sure if AJ should be going 1-11 from the field and is now 1-18 from 3 for the year.

ya the three doesn't seem to be working for him, but then again it hasn't really been for anyone, Dermody included minus this game and maybe one other. Either way the game was still to close of a game for me. I know we are capable of blowing out other teams, hopefully that is coming down the road.

AJ was cold as ever...but is our best defender IMO, and hustles. Derm was completely lucky, and surpassed his 1 for 6 average mark from beyond the arc. How the hell did Derm hid the front of the backboard from beyond the arc on the baseline? Curveball? Slider?

Obvisously missing Afam has cost the pokes a few wins. Anyone know his status for returning?
