Locking up our strength and conditioning coach. New facility needs guidance. Was looking at top s&c programs, most relevant programs are paying 250 grand plus for their respective coaches. Finding a good budget to attract a solid hire will be tough... But it's damn important. There isn't another coach that has as much time with athletes as the s&s coach does. Need to hire before winter conditioning.
