New Uniforms

Pokes are apparently out in new uniforms today.. Nike Combat uniforms. Gold tops with WYO across the chest, brown pants with Cowboys down the side. I'm excited to see them.

Any change to the helmet?
 
Just saw video of them on highlights of the ABC game at the half. Got to say I'm loving the new uniforms and helmets. Too bad the Pokes forgot to show up for the game. :(

Are we trying to compete with Boise in how ugly we can look on the field? Not a fan of this look at all. :thumbdown:
 
Loved the Uni's!!!!!! Why does everyone want the uni's that are always voted the ugliest?
 
We've never should have gotten involved with Nike. Those uniform look like crap. Probably worth a mention on the Bottom 10.

Yeah I agree. I liked having New Balance. It was unique and not like every other team that has Nike.
 
I thought the unis were great...except one thing, the helmet. Steamboat has to be brown! Make that switch and they probably become one of my favorites!
 
Looked like something from a pee wee Pop Warner football league. Ugly! Why not stay with the uni worn for the home game with Texas last year. Yellow looks weak! Evidently the unis carried over to the play of the team last night, right? Now get back on track WYO...

Sounds like most of you HATE anything that isn't Brown. BTW we never really have real colors. It's brown and gold, not Brown and Yellow or some variation of yellow. Steamboat was the only thing that looked Gold. Maybe we should make the tops the same color steamboat was. Keep the same Nike pants but where it says "Cowboys" make that the same gold color too.

No, they were trying to look like us. The Denver Donkeys weren't established until 1960. Wyoming was 10 years into our glory years. They were jealous of our success. Problem was, they couldn't do crap with Brown and Gold so got rid of them.

Penis envy from Denver is all that was.
