Last time it was Mike Belotti heading the rules committee and pushing his agenda when he wanted punters who left the tackle box to be fair game because he didn't like Boise's rugby punting. Now it's Howdy Doody pushing his agenda because his O line plays dirty with it's barely legal blocking and he wants to circumvent the mwc allowing blue uniforms on blue turf by going over their heads to the ncaa. Calhoun sounds like a crybaby.

It looks like Calhoun used his influence to shape the rules for blocking and against Boise... I bet they are freaking out right now.

The rule I think is dumb is:

Establishing 3 seconds as the minimum amount of time required to be on the game clock in order to spike the ball to stop the clock. Why? If my team can stop the clock in 1 second they should be able to.
