Absolutely horrible. PAC-whatever not much better
Agree on the MWC part. When your ‘flagship’ programs are getting curb stomped by an American Conference team and handled by a new to FBS team, you don’t have a very good conference.Absolutely horrible. PAC-whatever not much better
Yep. Clearly a better league than us and it isn’t even close. CSU will probably finish last in the PAC..
Disagree on the PAC part. They may not be a world beater, but they are a whole lot better than the MWC.
The PAC has been competitive with P5 teams. The MWC is getting skull drug by FCS teams. So is the pac. The split divided the only conference in the west that had a chance to be competitive with the next closest, the Big 12. But instead of combining and looking to add maybe one or two credible teams, we split and added to survive. Now you have Boise being Boise, and New Mexico and NDSU hoping their schedules can catapult them into a playoff position. I don’t consider CSU yet, simply because they haven’t played anybody yet. Their back to reality moment comes this weekend.
I agree with this, but the nMWC is still really really bad.Through the first two weeks of the season there have only been two non-P4 program that has won games against a P4 program and that was UMass over Rutgers and Tulsa over Oklahoma State. There is a gap the size of the Grand Canyon now between the P4 and the rest of the FBS programs. I guess i would not say the Pac12 is bad as much as i would say all the non-P4 programs are getting left behind. It doesn't matter if it's Memphis, Boise, SDSU, UNLV, Tulane, they just don't have the money to attract the top players with the portal and the NIL.
