What was LW's self-description? He's a "grown-ass man"? Seems he took the Illinois State game over for a hellacious comeback.

The game I thought of was Josh Davis' (I think) - down by 15 at Provo, in 2d half, and we came back. The team played lights out the rest of the season. No reason not to expect the same now.

Just finished reading page 2 and 3 of this thread and wow the mood really changed on a dime.

This is the start of the third act of the poke's Disney movie. Rest of the regular season flies by in montage, then a MWC tournament win followed by a miracle run to the Elite Eight, losing on a last second shot to Kentucky.

I got this thing all planned out.

All you saying, "Where are the haters now?" need to chill. Was there one person at half that was painting a rosy picture? No. People who maybe felt we *could win were silent observers, waiting until they felt comfortable in throwing mud at people who had doubts. Great win by the pokes, but to sit and here and say "eat crow" is silly.

If I would've bet people at halftime the pokes win this game, most would've bet me. Those who wouldn't have were too scared to admit it.

Shyatt and players calling out fans for being "bandwagon fans" at half is b.s. The team sucked balls the first half. That's a fact. Doesn't make us bandwagon for seeing shi#ty shooting for 20 mins.

I hate when he does that. Fans are allowed to have opinions and be bummed and upset when HIS team plays under expectations. He should focus more on what happens on the court than what happens off of it. It makes me aggro when he says shit like his comment about getting us Kansas season tickets.

Agreed. Let fans be fanatical, players play, and coaches coach. It is what makes the athletics world go round. Without fans, you have no athletics by the way...they are the engine that drives the train.

This generation of twitter / facebook / insta-whatever is a damn embarrassment at times though.

Yeah I don't get the mindset about tweeting negatives at coaches players during the game when you are emotional. Heck I don't even understand how you guys can post on a messageboard during the game. I am too busy watching the screen and freaking out. I try not to get on the messageboard till the next day after I've slept on it win or lose.

I have learned that lesson many times over...and follow it to the letter these days.
